In part one of our multi-part series, we discussed a few ways that you can get your necessary daily exercise without even realizing it. In today’s post, we will provide you with a few more ways that you can maintain your fitness plan through daily exercise.

Use Active Or Public Transportation

While driving to and from work may be the easiest thing to do, it doesn’t provide you with very much exercise. If you’re looking to stick to your fitness plan and get exercise daily, you may want to consider trying public transportation, or a more active type of transportation. For example, instead of driving your car to work like you normally would, maybe ride your bike. It may take longer, but think of how much exercise you will be getting! Not to mention, you’ll probably save some money on gas.

Riding your bike makes sense, but you may be wondering how taking public transportation provides you with exercise.
